The Role

The Senior Three Waters Strategic Advisor leads QLDC’s Three Waters master planning, giving effect to our long-term strategic objectives for Three Waters service provision. This role investigates and applies technical infrastructure solutions (primarily Three Waters) to ensure infrastructure meets the needs of the District and provides residents with good value for money. 


About You

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Diploma in Engineering, Certificate of Engineering or similar
  • 10 years’ minimum relevant experience within infrastructure as either Consultant or Client
  • Experience of infrastructure options assessment, including cost benefits
  • Three Waters and/or Better Business Case experience preferable
  • People and communications skills and a strong customer ethos
  • Highly motivated, achievement-orientated and innovative professional
